Travelling between Llety Ceiro and Machynlleth you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Dyfi Estuary, for avid bird watchers you should definitely visit the RSPB Reserve at Ynys-Hir and the Dyfi Osprey Project.
The Dyfi Osprey Project especially is a fantastic location to view the reserve and the ospreys from the end of March to September. The Dyfi valley is renowned for its exciting mountain biking trails and competitions. To the north of Machynlleth you can find the Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) a hub for renewable and sustainable ways of living, as well as the gorgeous Corris Steam Railway.
