Travelling North (3 mins drive) Talybont has two pubs; White Lion serving bar meals (01970 832245) and Y Blac has a Bistro menu (01970 832555).

Further North is a small village with a community café and shop Cletwr (01970 832113) for locally produced breakfasts and lunches and cakes. The Wildfowler (01970 83200) serves barmeals .
